Monthly Bookkeeping.
The heart of what I do. Your transactions are recorded and categorized, your accounts are reconciled, and your books stay accurate and current, month after month. You always know where you stand, and nothing piles up.
- Transaction recording and categorization
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Monthly financial statements, plus a plain-language walkthrough of what changed and why
- A tidy, current set of books your tax preparer will thank you for
Sales Channel Reconciliation.
If you sell on more than one platform, the deposit that hits your bank is not your sales number. It’s sales minus fees, minus refunds, minus chargebacks, minus reserves, plus whatever the platform decided to hold back this week. Most books record the deposit and call it revenue, which means the gross sales on your P&L are wrong, your fees are invisible, and your sales tax liability is anyone’s guess.
I reconcile each channel back to what actually happened. Shopify, Amazon, Faire, Adyen, and the card processors underneath them.
- Gross sales recorded at gross, not net of fees
- Platform fees, commissions, and chargebacks broken out where you can see them
- Payouts tied back to the orders that generated them
- Sales tax collected and remitted, tracked separately
- Month-end payouts that straddle two periods split correctly
Payroll Processing.
Paying your team should be the least stressful part of your month. I run your payroll inside the platform you already use, whether that’s Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, or something else. Your provider moves the money and handles the filings. My job is making sure the numbers going in are right and that everything reconciles cleanly on the other side.
- Pay runs processed accurately and on schedule
- Hours, deductions, and pay rates reviewed before every run
- Payroll entries recorded and reconciled to your books
- Wage and tax liability accounts that tie out at year-end
- One less deadline living in your head
Your funds stay with your payroll provider. I never hold or transfer client money.
Cleanups & Catch-Ups.
Months behind? Years? No judgment, truly. Catch-up work is some of my favorite work, because the relief is real. We’ll get everything reconciled, organized, and up to date, and then keep it that way if you’d like ongoing support.
- A full review of where your books stand today
- Historical transactions recorded and reconciled
- A clean starting point, ready for tax time or monthly service
Pricing
Ways to work together.
Pricing is based on how many sales channels you run, not how much you make. Two channels is a different job than six, and you shouldn’t pay the same for both.
Monthly Bookkeeping
starts at $400/mo
A flat monthly fee, scaled to the number of sales channels and payment processors you’re reconciling.
Payroll Processing
quoted by company size
Based on your headcount and how often you run payroll.
Cleanups & Catch-Ups
start at $1,500
A fixed project fee, quoted once I’ve seen how far back things go and how many channels are involved.
Power Hour
$250
One focused session on a specific problem. Good if you want a second set of eyes without a monthly commitment.
Every engagement is quoted after a discovery call. Flat monthly pricing,
no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Not sure which service fits?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. Tell me where things stand and we’ll figure out the right starting point together.
